environments.  Many outdoor activities are enjoyed by visitors, such as swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving, spearfishing and angling, winsurfing and sailing, mountain trekking and hiking. An interesting indoor activity is wine- tasting, of the famous Madeira wine.
