PAYMENT

Payment in Portuguese Escudos (PTE) only. One EURO approx. 200 PTE

Seminar fee includes: Tutorials; Workshop Proceedings; Accommodation from Friday evening until Wednesday noon; Seminar banquet and cocktail rece ption; Excursion; Lunches and coffee breaks until Wednesday included; taxes & service.

For written cancellation requests arriving not after 5 Mar., payment will be refunded deducted of a cancellation fee of 5000 PTE. For cancellations after the 31 Mar., 1998, only a 20% refund will be made.

There are a limited number of places available for the seminar, to ensure comfortable attendance, so registrations are on a first-come first-serve d basis.

Proof of studentship is required. The number of student registrations at the reduced fee is limited, and will be allocated on a first-come/ first-served basis.

The organisation reserves the right to cancel without prior notice if  attendance is too reduced. Any amounts received will be returned in full.

Payment can be made by cheque, bank tranfer and credit card.
